When your brand is on a float in front of thousands of people, every detail matters — from color accuracy to messaging alignment to how your organization is represented at street level. We understand what is at stake for the teams — marketing, DEI, community affairs, executive communications — who are accountable for how their organization shows up.
We approach every project with that same standard of care. But we also recognize that not every client needs that level of detail — and that language can feel out of place for a school parade or a neighborhood celebration. So rather than leading with specifications that may not apply to you, we simply ask: if your organization has brand standards, campaign guidelines, or specific approval requirements that need to be part of this project, please let us know when you reach out. We know exactly what that means, and we will work within them.

Availability is limited and must be confirmed. Custom float projects normally begin at least 90 days before an event. Current inquiries should request an immediate review of remaining base floats, existing themes and feasible customization options.
Published base packages include the float, truck driver, floral sheeting, fringe skirts and the choice of handrails or no handrails. Your written quote will identify all included services, finishes and logistical responsibilities.
Yes. Available customization may include approved brand colors, printed graphics, banners, props, sound systems, microphones and visual elements. A 3D concept may also be included with qualifying custom projects.
Sound options may include event speakers, microphones, an audio mixer and generator or power equipment. Final equipment selections depend on availability, project requirements and applicable parade rules.
Parade Float Shop offers a full-service experience that may include the float, driver, delivery and defined event logistics. Exact responsibilities for transportation, staging, setup, operation and teardown will be documented in the final project agreement.
No. Parade Float Shop is an independent parade float vendor and is not the organizer of the Atlanta Pride Parade. Parade registration, participation approval, entry requirements and official event rules must be confirmed with the Atlanta Pride organization.
